So, this piece was inspired by some photos I found online and I thought, let me paint the landscapes and then components (moon and woman). Using the same technique used in photo compositions? Well, I used that method with my painted pieces and used photoshop to bring them all into the same scene. This was just an experiment because I really like photo compositing, but I also like to paint. I don't know what this would be called, I'm sure others are already doing this method, I'm just a newbie but I really like how it came out. Of course, I used two different canvas textures as overlays to give it depth and real painting feel.
