In Ohio, in folklore, the Loveland Frog. (also known as the Loveland Lizard) is a legendary frog humanoid described as approximately tall, supposedly located in Loveland, Ohio. In 1972, the legend of the Loveland frog gained new attention when Loveland police officers spotted and killed an animal they later identified as a large iguana that was missing its tail. In May 2014, the legend of the Loveland Frog was turned into a musical, titled Hot Damn! It's the Loveland Frog!
