'There's something down there. Down in the caves 'neath Grand City. Some say it's been there since the city was built, some say it's just rumor. I say she is real. Seen 'er, I have. Dripping, glistening, hissing. Looks at you cruel as y' like in the flashlight beam. There's somethin' chillin' in her eyes though. Somethin'... human. Yes. She used to be human... Not no more though. Not the way she looks at y'. That's not human.'Quick experiment with a few things lead to this.
