A salute to all the men and women I had the honor of meeting and caring for.  I have never witness so much courage, strength and honor they portrayed in support of their fellow soliders, family and country.  To put ones life on the line to make sure we here will always know the taste of freedom and liberty.  It angers me to hear the news brushing aside their deeds as something they had to do, were told to do or was there just to prove they were a man.  No one can tell them to die for their country, their countrymen, nor for the solider next to them.  It is a concious choice for each and everyone and I am proud and honored to have been there to care for them as a doctor withouot Borders.  THAT was my decision and I wish tell family, friends and the USA that it was through their blood and courage that they suceeded in what they were sent for not only Iraq, Afgan, and anotherthey got on the side.  Thank to all of the men who came home to their family, friends and country.  Unfortunately some of them were brought home to finally rest in peace and their families can hold their heads high and be proud of each and evryone of them.
