I loved this character and his chara-design (per comparison to other Borderlands boss of the first game), it's such a shame he lasts so little time.

In the guidebook for the first borderlands game, it mentions that when Flynt applied for a cool name, some other guy named Flynt already took "Captain" and he was left with either Baron or Cheese-head.

Wow! I like the way you paint, It's unique style to me, I want to know how you do this, especially in the way of color, why this color areas look so integrial, it even looks like some geometry graphs.
Plus, did you just use "multiply layer" to accomplish this work in PS?

Hey thanks man, glad you like it. I don't actually use any fancy tools for this stuff - it's all hand done. Just the good ol' Polygonal Lasso and a hard, square brush. The geometric look comes from using those hard, clean lines in a messy way. Basically - it is a mess, but a sharp mess
I use multiply layers very rarely actually. Only if I wanted a colour to be a darker version of what it was normally and couldn't be bothered changing the colour manually

I like how you've given the ears quite a different value to the rest of the head, it really helps to give them that back light glow.

Flynt was one of my favorite bosses, just unusual enough of a fighting area that it was a great challenge. The art is awesome, as always!
