Here lemme share a lil story with you
I was brainstorming ideas with my colleagues, about class ideas for BL2, we came up with various things, like how Krieg and Gaige have skills where they use shock and fire more effectively than any other class, and maybe there would be 3 more classes that use Explosive, Slag, and Corrosive, I was thinking of one for Explosive and suddenly the best idea ever came to my mind....Face Mcshooty Junior

Unknowingly to everyone, the undeveloped plot twist in the game was that Face survived the shot, and lives on to become a vault hunter and solves world hunger/poverty, suicides, and global warming.

No. it's not a bug. he's legitimately impossible to beat. I hacked the game, and made myself level 999, and fought him, and I still couldn't beat him. he was designed to be the ultimate being.

Face McShooty is the final raid boss.
You unlock him only after fighting all of the raid bosses in one playthrough (no save+quit) without dying, on ultimate vault hunter mode, overpower 8.
He appears, and he will be liek a badass psycho, but with both arms functioning, instead of a wierd flimsy left arm.
and he instantly kills you.
and steals all your weapons.
and then screams about how he has cured cancer, and stopped world hunger, solved national poverty, and halted global warming.
and then when you die, you're returned to the main menu, and your save file is deleted, and your game crahses, and then your borderlands 2 disk grows arm and shatters itself. and if it's on steam, your steam folder explodes.
and then your house turns into face mcshooty, and he kills you. irl.
