I thought it would be fun to draw everyone’s favourite mythological monster. I think she tends to look really cool in other artwork I’ve seen of her. The snake hair is an cool visual and I always felt bad for her in Ovid’s version of her story (I know it’s a Roman retelling and that in the original Greek stories she was a gorgon from birth).I think this one came out pretty well. The scales on the snakes took me ages though.
Also did you know she had wings in some versions?! I didn’t!
