I think it looks good. The ear on the left side is a little off but other than that I see nothing wrong. I like the way you handled the antlers coming through the hair too. I'd say a hint of a background might give it more "oomf" but the more I look at it, I think that would just take away and having it as simple portrait works perfectly well as is.
