This is a tiny kitten I found in a street in Braives, Belgium. He was totally lost and scared. With a little help, he finally got back to his family safely...
On the picture, I tried to give the baby a huge presence (emphasizing the eyes' expression) and make him look even more fragile...
...but still willing to survive.

This picture is magnificent, I'm surprised the kitten didn't run on you once you found it. This camera is definitely capable of taking great shots while revealing every detail in the picture. You can really see every part of this picture as if you were there with the cat. I dont want to troll or whatever ... But I am not sure if you can count the backround story he obviously added at the Artist Comment and not in any way to the image to the critique like it is a good fact about it.
Of course you can mention it quickly but not write a big part of the critique about it.
And I think you actually interpretate a lot in this picture which isnt there. At all. Maybe it isnt just for me, but I wanted to mentioned.
And I wouldnt give the originality 4 stars. I hope you are aware of millions of kitten images here on DeviantArt.
My own thought of this image is that i think you can definately see that he took his time retouching a bit on the kittens fur & its face. :/

I just tried to give the kitten a huge presence and make him look even more tiny and fragile... but still willing to survive.
There is actually another heartbreaking story behind this baby cat (I might reveal it soon). All I can say right now is that this kitten definitely deserves to become immortal.

The backstory is why I gave him some stars for originality, I also gave him some because he doesn't just take pictures of random animals he sees somewhere, he travels the world and takes pictures of different animals. Unlike some people here on DA who are like "Aww, look at my kitten, isn't he cute?" but this is original in that way that he just found the kitten and returned him to a happy home.

Oh, this kitten is absolutely too cute for words. -3- It's wonderful how you managed to shoot this without scaring the poor thing - one of my neighbour's cats is accustomed to me and still flees whenever I move close.
