Sweeet, am glad to make someone happy with the torturous suffering of others on the streets doin things they shouldnt in full view of the public. The little guy worried with his palms out was originally yelling at his friend to get off the road with the "drugs" but without speech just seems to be a guy caught in the middle of it.
