I'm revealing myself right here to be a usxuk fan. *cough cough* Hetalia is really just another excuse for me to draw boy love ahahahaFooling around on Shi Painter at the Hetakaki board for longer than one should. Also, this was done for the weekly APH fanart contest , which I can't thank enough for because it provides me motivation to draw~ the prompt was "Rain".
I always wanted to do a stereotypical kind of scene like this.
