i like the colorless composition here very much. maybe a little higher contrast would be cool, but i think, my monitor just sucks ^^

This is one of those pictures that's like love at first sight. Everything about it is beautiful-- the simplicity, the obvious focus on the little girl-- and how small she is in this world. I have no idea what kind of life she has, but it makes me wonder, and makes me wonder also what she's thinking about. Is it sad? positive? just thoughtful? does she feel trapped behind that window, or safe?

Very sweet picture. I'm curious how it would look in color.. I often find that pictures where texture is a major element work better in color.
