Now this is the kind of thing Vane would end up fighting... an ax crazy yandere vampire.
Gin, on the other hand, would end up fighting her, end in a draw, then they'd go out for a beer.

Then my characters, most of them, would win. She can't get through Gin's armor, Vane would beat her down like a punching bag... Roark would probably just blow a grenade up in her face... yeah my characters are all pretty tough.

This is precisely the reason why i don't cross characters over.
Because in my universe, they would all end up as chunks of meat scattered across the floor. Kali's skin is tough enough to take 100mm Burst Canister fire which would usually be used to take down heavy mechs and tanks. She can rip apart APC's with her hands and haul armoured marines up into the air and crush them, through their armour until both blood and hydrolic fluids burst from the metal shell of what used to be a soldier. So Gins armour would be his coffin, Roarks grenade would be laughed at, and Vanes punching bag technique? would end up breaking his own bones, nevermind what would acutally happen in kali attacked him back.
Shes one of the toughest characters in the universe, in one of the most feared squads, of one of the most powerful factions who excel in combat to such a degree that they are universally feared by those who know of them. "pretty tough" is the Blood Diamond Alliance, they are a huge faction of mercs who work together for the purpose of coming powerful and rich. "Devestatingly Strong" is the Dragonic Alliance, their technology and fighting prowess makes them one of the most formidable empires. "Unstoppable Power" is the Azuri and Chosen, Once they've picked something to go down, it goes down. Picking a fight with her or any azuri is possibly one of the fastest possible ways to commit suicide.
You don't know nearly enough about Kali or infact the Azuri's as a whole to say that your characters would win. Did you know that Kali is acutally a Grenadier and a Demolisionist? If you didn't, then thats exactly my point.

Point taken, though I'd still rank Vane as a contender, depending on his slotted powers from the timeline of his 'verse.
Sounds like a tough-as-nails faction though... I like it.
