oi oi savalois!!my good friend and dear sir knight of the drawing realm asked me to draw a fan art of Seiglinde from a cartoon (i dont know which one).
something looks annoyingly flat about it, i think it might be the outlines, being the same width almost everywhere it kinds flattens everything out. need to get my outline variety going on
but let me know what you guys think anyway

It doesn't seem all that flat in terms of coloring, at least.
It may help if you darken the lines of overlapping body parts to add some more depth and parts of the picture that are closest to the viewer.
already mentioned the shoulder thing, so that's out of the way.
Overall though, this is a nice pic and easy on the eyes!

whats going on here?! i was told she was an original character by an artist, i didnt know he'd made a proper cartoon out of it!
however on the picture i saw of her she had far far bigger boobs, so its better than that screenshot lol XD

I agree with the line depth. It could use some variance, but what would really liven up the picture would be to give her a more active facial expression, she seems to be a cross of bored and intently bored. Not sure what expression to suggest though. Just a more lively one I guess.
The rest of it looks good enough to not need any serious nitpicking. I approve. For whatever that's worth.

Not bad, nice jugg'ins on her and all, the color and fading looks really good to give her a real demensional feel, not just flat. (her flat? IRONY)
Only negative points go to the fist, little lumpy-iess, but thats it. I hate drawing hands myself so trust me i know your pain!
