While I don't pretend to any kind of ownership of this model (read the description), it still went through a substantial rework process (mainly involving new textures and added detailing)

Yeah I've done the same. Try as I might, I've only been able to successfully create one car model of my own.... "66 Impala     A link to both would be awesome. thanks.

what do you use to "customize" them with?  I use 3DS max    ... so if you can send in .max that would be excellent..if not I guess .obj would be fine.  thank you.

So far, FBX is my most versatile format in terms of compatibility...Can you actually work with that?
