I did this image (and several others) for a client that ended up ghosting me after I've completed several hundred dollars worth of work for them. Like a fool I did not get payment up front and I'm still more than a little salty about it. That being said I REALLY liked how this turned out. The request for this image was to make CareBears with Chakra symbols on their stomachs. I carefully recreated the chakra symbols and attempted to match each symbol to it's respective color while staying true to the overall look and feel that the original carebears had. I think they turned out really cute and despite the bullshit I think this is actually one of my favorite pieces that I've done to date. (which sounds weird, I know. Perhaps it's the nostalgia?)
