that seems like a very nice place ! I guess the names comes from a reality ? I mean by this, is there a strong echo there ? Because then that would be a beautiful and strange place at the same time.... and is that snow we can see ?
that being said, this is a nice shot, nice contrast between the dark elements on the right and the elements with more light on the left

Thanks! It is gorgeous there, one of my favorite inland lakes by far. And I honestly couldn't tell you about the echo, when I'm there I never make a loud enough sound to make an echo. And to answer your other question, yes that is still some ice out on the water, we get snow up here all the way into April/early May
