I've been like that since I was about 15. So take pride in the fact that you find excitement these ways. *insert something profound about priorities and understanding the true joys of life and all that shit...yeah*

What? That sounds exciting to me! And I'm 22--I MEAN 23! (Just had a birthday)

Then again, I am kind of a shut-in. >_>

Oh please, don't worry. When my friend and I get together, one of our main topics of conversation is how our house plants are doing, and what we plan on growing next.

We're both nineteen. XD

lol, those were my days off when i was 22.....but then again i have always been into the strangest things!!

Well the veggie's were in a friends garden (she was teaching me) and the drawings were no where near yours....but still

My friend had a birthday recently and happy said how ecstatic she will be when i turn 30...at which point i reminded her that she will be 40 that year...... that just made my day

We always hate the upcoming milestone....i remember i hated turning 20, not being a teenager anymore, but now i'm in the nice bit in the middle where i don't care.....but my husband is dreading his 30th and one of my best friends is dreading her 50th so it's all a matter of perspective really.....the friend who is staring at the giant '50' looming ahead of her acts more like someone in her mid-20's anyway...which is why i love her!!

anyway, what a silly ramble!!! *hides*

Dood!
Thirty is the new twenty! Or at least that's what I've deduced from all those celbrex adverts. You see, if sixty is the new fifty as they propose in those clever tv spots... See where I'm going with this, heh? heh?

Anyway.

I won't try to astound you by demonstrating my amazing skills with maths; mostly because my understanding of maths is actually tenuous (and fleeting) at best.

I have no green thumb. I killed healthy plants the previous owners of my house so carefully planted. I just forget they can't water themselves. Besides, I have too many other important things to do. Like check for Bigbigtruck updates and reading cracked.com.

At least I can feed my cat.

I have a black thumb myself - it's why I get so thrilled when PLANTS DON'T DIE XD

at least you do something productive with your days off. I tend to sleep.

lol... This is sadly true. People ask me what I did over the weekend, and I'm like, "Oh... repotted an aloe plant", or "Got some great sketching and painting done," and I'm all excited about it or happy about it and they look at me like I just said I knitted tea cozies and put plastic on all my furniture.

Considering not everyone can live the life of parties, booze, and rampant sexuality, I consider that 'day off' very productive, relaxing, and rewarding.
