Female Vampires are so much sexier! I had been wanting to do this concept the past couple of years and finally made it a reality with the collaboration of a great team.Since this has been featured on 3/6/2011, I'll give a little Behind the Scenes look.
The only Photoshop performed on this was the lightening of the eyes, darkening of the blood, and a curves adjustment for color grading.
Models' pale skin was airbrushed with white body paint. Fangs were the nice custom molded ones made for each model.
Lighting was a strobist approach with 4 speedlights. You can see a behind the scenes image here >[link]

She did a great vampire, it almost makes me not want to hate vampires so much after that whole twi-hard crap...
I think the photo looks great, but the male in the photo should have looked straight where his face was facing, instead of looking up...
Judging from the pose and whatnot, he should be drained of blood and dead, and i don't think dead people look anywhere...
Over all, I'm really into realism so that was kinda my only problem, but other then that, the picture is really really great!

I love this! The only 'but' for this, is that the wound looks too..neat. I woulve liked to see more smears, or blood trickling down, other than that, its great!
