Seems like Voodoo Charms wants to get into the whole of this presentation of the plots. The magic scholar and the former shaman all in one has certainly made a name for herself much to her dismay. Her "ass"ets for one certainly put many a poor stallion in a sweat whenever she comes to town exploring the market in Ponyville for whatever odd or rare uncommon ingredients she requires for her experiments and further magical concoctions. Though unbeknownst to her, she has a particular fan of hers whom seems to be interested in her stripes. A certain watching from afar, following the unicorn/zebra fusion of his dreams as she wanders the market.ΒIllustrated by the iconic

So Voodoo Charms is a fusion of Starlight Glimmer and Zecora the Zebra. She is seen in the comic "A Step Backwards" which you can look up here.
