Description While this custom doll is near completion, I couldn't help but show her of a bit early Β I have been planning to upgrade my old Lara Croft custom doll for awhile now, but didn't know what route to take her. After seeing a Phicen body and Metal Gear "Quite" Lara bash on OSW forum, I knew I had to make my own rendition.Β

Other then some minor tweaking, I'm waiting on her braided pony tail to arrive. Hopefully I can merge it together with her existing hair.

SUPERB, it's hard nowadays to make a custom of her, her accesories are kinda difficult to get.

Thanks Yes, finding Croft friendly custom parts is difficult since no one has released a new doll of her.......that is unless your looking to make the new, reboot version.

Nah, to me THIS is Lara Croft, a curvy badass treasure hunter.

I completely agree! I never was much of a fan for the "new" Croft.

Beautiful! Β and a fine example of the difference catch lighting can make, I will have to stop being lazy about it
Is the resemblance to Carrie Fisher a coincidence?

Thanks! Β Quite was portrayed by Stepanie Joosten, but she does have a bit of a young Fisher to her look.

I didn't know Stephanie Joosten, but the doll looks spot on. Β The likeness they get in these dolls is amazing.

I think I gotta get a Phicen seamless at some point.

Oh that looks fantastic! Absolutely incredible! Which body did you use? The legs seems a tad more muscular than I remember them being?

Thanks I used the athletic/muscular Phicen body for the better figure. Plus with all the running and jumping Miss Croft does, she would have some very toned legs too.

Is ath/mus the name of that body? Can't seem to find one?

The body doesn't have an offical name. Phicen does use it for almost all their current boxed dolls like Red Sonja, Van Helsing, Sparta Warrior, etc. You can tell the body apart from the others by the better curves, toned legs and abs.

I did not know they had such a thing. Will have to look into that.
