Oxhanabi - the ox pokemon, the evolved form of Oxhi. (fire starter evolution)Dex entry: When this pokemon evolved, the fur and skin around its wrists hardened to form a bell shape. When this pokemon is happy, it flaps its hooves creating noise upon contact with the insides of the hardened skin, as if it were a bell. The friction created in the process can create spectacular fire works in a variety of colors.
