the whole vertical menu is too stretched in horizontal direction. it could be made thinner.
everything else's worth appreciation. 
the vertical curves go very well withe the curve in company's emblem. horisontal curve under 'welcome to our company' should be removed imho.
i don't like the icon for faq&help section. they ususally use question mark.
