Padiddle - is when you see a car with one headlight on or off. Doesn't matter, really, you just see one of them. So you yell "PADIDDLE!" and kiss the person next to you. The squeamish may touch the roof (of the car) instead.
Cow Alert - If you're the first person to see a cow (while driving/riding/whatever-it-may-be in a car), you yell "Cow Alert!" and everyone else holds their nose while going "PEEEEYUUUUEEEWWWWWWWWW."
Hay Truck Wishes - if you see a truck full of hay, close your eyes and make a wish! If it's gone when you open them, it'll come true.
Bridges (not sure if this is the real name but...) - Lift your feet up when crossing bridges (over rivers). That way they don't get wet.
Cemeteries and Railroads (same. unsure of real name...) - Hold your breath when driving through cemetaries, because it's bad luck when you don't! (NOTE: If there is like, forest on one side of a road and cemetary on the other, you don't have to hold your breath! This only if the cemetary is on both sides of the road.) For railroads, touch the roof as you go over the traintracks for good luck!
