Who says you can't make good art with MS Paint?
Yes, in order to capture that modern cartoon look, I drew all my little dragons here in Microsoft Paint. With a mouse. And no references, either. I'm actually quite proud of this.
I did use Photoshop for the Dracotopia Logo, though, if you couldn't tell.
