Overall

Vision

Originality

Technique

Impact

I really like this image, especially the vignetting and butterfly on her shoulder! I think those two things are very cool, as well as the painting of the girl in the bottom left.
Vision: I liked where you were going with this and I think you had a really cool manipulation, but I think it could have been just a little bit better.
Originality: This is a very creative photograph and I think everything about it is original so props for that!
Technique: I really like this, but my main two things I think you should have done to make it even better would be to make it darker on the sides of the image instead of showing the wall, and to get rid of the lens flare. I love this effect and am always trying to find ways to incorporate it, but if it doesn't fit don't try to make it fit haha.
Impact: I think this has a very fairytale-like feel to it and it is overall a really cool photo! It reminds me of Alice in Wonderland, haha.
Keep up the good work! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

I love these kind of scenes! I would just love a cloudy, warm day with a light breeze! I love white curtains! They are amazing for these kind of moods! Beautiful!

Oh you did a photomanipulation ! This one is good, have a big changement on the dark of your artwork and the light of the spring far away :3 It's beautiful and sad at same time.

Hey there,

posting on behalf of project comment projectcomment.deviantart.com/

First off, I like composition. and I have huge soft spot for recording your image within the image! It shows alot of time and effort and feeling that went into the the piece. My only bug bear is the lens flare. in my oppion it doesn't add anything it draws the eye away from the main image, Maybe next time play around with its position or make it smaller?

But overall it is lovely and it honestly makes me feel calm looking at it great work I look forward to seeing more! as I've now just put you on watch XD

Ooh, this is lovely! I really like the concept - and there's a really big improvement visible when you look at your earlier piece and this one. The lighting is well done and the sort of 'painterly' feeling the image has is great. I agree with what the other people who've commented said about the lens flare - it does seem slightly of out place. I would also advise you to work on the shadows as well - for example, the strawberry pot and the flowers seem slightly like they're floating - I think it would be a good idea to make the shadows a bit stronger, plus there's sort of a "trick" that very often helps with integrating objects - you could try darkening the very bottom of the object, and making the shadow just under it slightly darker than the rest - shadows often get lighter the further away from the object they are. Overall, this is a wonderful work with charming, peaceful atmosphere. Well done!

This work expresses quite a peaceful mood. Softness of the image is the best thing about it. I think the relatively large scale of the butterfly on her shoulder is well done too.

The composition with details is successful. To me; lens flare is properly used; though I think it would look way too much better if it was more softer and transparent like it is not almost there; it would blend more with rest of the mood and look more natural.

Shadowing and lightning is pretty natural with the model which is one of the most important aspects of a photomanipulation to me. You achieved it with the canvas of the drawing too. Strawberry cup and the white flowers fit with the whole beautifully; maybe a dim shadow could have been added to make them look more "on the table", but still they look really fine.

In general it is a very lovely manipulation.

Keep up the good work!

Thank you for the tips!

when I get Photoshop I'll be sure to test what to do with that

blasted lens flare -- but you're def. right. It's a little too bright atm.

I'm glad it comes across as peaceful. Last thing I wanted was

to make it seem like a mess (which has happened.lol)

This is beautiful!  I love the warm feeling given by the bright colours seen through the window, and also the creativity of having butterflies inside.  It's also bery well put together; Good cutouts and good lighting.  The only thing I would suggest is the lens flare is a bit distracting and seems out of place.  I can see the attraction of it, though; maybe if it were coming from the window?

Overall, great work.  Extremely creative and original, and lovely to look at.

Ugh. The lens flare was a moment of stupidity and blindness. I wanted to remove it, like,

10 minutes after I posted it but I lost my photoshop. I'm still looking to get it back..

But thank you for the kind words. -huggles-
