Don't you have any close friends from your wedding which took a full-size shot of your dress? When i got married about 1,5 year ago then it sometimes seemed like i was a photographer and not the groom I mean since i more or less always was carrying around on my camera, except while the ceremony went on of course Unfortunately these photographers we hired weren't that good.. So i wasn't satisfied with any single pic... It seemed like they didn't know what to put focus on...

Actually I have one that my bother took, so excuse the poor quality , but it does show the details of the dress (I do expect a link to one of your wedding photos )
Trust me, if I could have, I'd have taken all of our wedding photos...but the ones we hired were pretty good, I mean, I think there are around 10 photos I actually love, so for those alone it was worth it
