I should be doing my perspective drawings... I also need to create a creation of creative creativity, but that's another story. Since I couldn't concentrate because this laid unfinished, I told myself I was going to finish it, then have my conscience cleared tomorrow morning (and do the perspective drawings, the animal skeletons and fill the various papers about myself... Interesting heh? How do I evaluate my abilities in communication....)

It started only as a random sketch to try my non-photo blue pencil (they aren't as great as I thought they would be, or maybe that's because it has been sitting in a store forever....) It doesn't look exactly like my usual drawings. My characters aren't normally that thin, but I wanted to try something a bit different.

I think that 10 minutes of the ''Jar of Dirt'' song have finally eaten what was left of my sanity... Jack would have been interesting to draw, but I was too lazy... I'm sure I've forgotten a lot of details to Norrington's outfit. The only good references I had were only waist-up... He looks more evil than what I intended to, but we all know he's not THAT evil....

Crosshatching is fun by the way...

Time taken: About 7 hours
Tools: Non-photo blue pencil, mechanical pencil, tablet, Photoshop CS3, music....
(and Nice and Intelligent the laptop, random doesn't mean playing the same song every 15 minutes....)
