It's been a long time, it's nice to see that you still kept your awesome skills...no, it got better. For something quick it sure looks great o.o
I find the girl's overall design quite nice. Very Valkyrie/Goddess-like. Between the many details, the most noticable progress in your skills in this piece would be the folds! It has more defined and smoother shapes as well as a clear "pulling-point'. Of course, the fabric's nature influenced its shape, but it is still a very nice improvement! ...*stares at panties* OωO
However, I personally think her shoulder looks a bit too round. Slighty bumping it would be better.
As for the colors, the shading is way smoother and has a better blend now. The shadow part is also better looking since it has a better gradient instead of one rough color.
The background has a very nice feel to it. I love the soft clouds and the pillars. However, I think the water might need some working in the future, considering this is a quick drawing like you said. You should add more foamy waves, if not some sparkles and hightlights. Reflections could be good too such as the girl's, the pillars', the statue's or even the sky/clouds!
Anyway, I understand you're very busy. I hope to see more from you! ^_^

Sorry for the really late reply, my internet connection is made of legendary failure. Anyways that aside, thank you very very much for taking the time to write such a detailed critique and comment on the picture at that. I took everything you said into account and will try to make my next picture better. I missed the reflections (something I normally don't miss) because I rushed the picture( something I rarely do). Thank you once again!
