Wow, he looks nothing like the Emperor Bowie that I'm familiar with. He looks far more evil and malevolent here. The amalgam of beings underneath the cloak brings to mind the extra boss in FFI, Chronodiaβ€”in fact, I can see elements of all of the original elemental Archfiends in the design you've used here. That, combined with the dark color palette you've chosen here, gives this a foreboding, chilling feel.
