I was bored... and with lots of free time in my hands (since I just finished one of my exams today -now just one last exam to go -hurrah!), I felt like colouring my friend's, ~Kaoriu , recent fanart of General Carbine [link]
Pretty simple with just flat colours along shadowings/shading and minor highlights
Oh, and the Mars-like background was given to me by a friend ~rimfire , a few years ago -thanks again, Rimmy!

First time? Not really, I've done a few coloured works (mostly coloured version of original artist's artworks) before. Among the coloured versions I've done, this one's my favourite

Tak, I DID said I don't like colouring my artworks -but I may do so when (1) I'm in the mood; (2) when I've TONS of freetime ((but then and again, I personally suck at colouring))

True, I had my first experience in being totally alone, since last year, when both my parents are away (when my mom first left me with my dad and my dad sometimes leaves me home alone for a few days when he goes outstation). At first I feel free and get to do anything I want, then (slowly) later I begun to feel lonely :/

Actually, although she didn't confirm whether she would or not, but I doubt she will 'coz she'll be having a minor operation on her leg to remove a blood cloth there, this Wednesday evening (Polish time). So, it'll take a few weeks for her leg to heal from the operation (read few weeks, which would most likely be after Christmas) *sigh* However I don't blame her. I want her to get better.

Actually I wanted to colour it with my prisma colour markers but... my old printer's out of ink T^T So I, sort of, have no choice but to colour it on comp
