I drew this artwork in a stream season on picarto yesterday in 4 1/2 hours. I had a sketch of the background lying around for a few weeks and finally decided to work on it.
The picture itself is more based on the background/ environment to practice a little more. I really like how it turned out. ^^ I added some dragon like creatures in the background to give it a more personal touch, build up more of a "magical" and "mystical" feeling and add more live in the artwork. The little lights and glowing flowers i added help out quite a bit too for that "special" feeling.

I painted the picture in Paint Tool SAI with different brushes and pens. At the end I've done some final corrections in photoshop (color, contrast etc).
