this is based on the Taiwanese design (or so I've read). I enjoyed drawing her, she's really cute~! and that outfit is just

(sorry for the quality, my scanner didn't totally killed it but my new sketch pad doesn't fit my scanner, I'm really annoyed by it, I can't cut it though without actually cutting some parts of the drawing. I might actually take a picture and link here)
