The 3rd in the series of fashion Black Hats.I particularly like this one.
His bowler hat is absolutely bazonkers to draw.
I'm still not even sure I got it RIGHT.
Have I ever mentioned that I ADORE vests?
Cause I really do.
A nice crisp dress shirt with a sweet vest over the top of it.
Also teeth.
Can't forget how much I love demon teeth.
Made him specifically all swing style era cause I literally can't draw Black Hat to any other music but electro swing music.
I feel like he'd really like it.

I've wanted to see BH swing dance from day one.

I was too lazy to properly study them.
So Eventually I just employed common sense rather than try to look at models and stuff.
If a character is bent here then the creases fan outward from this central point etc etc
I'm still not the best at it but I'm not TERRIBLE at least
