Description
This is a species I made recently. I have an entire back story behind them, and there are rules about making them. They are called a Muar(Muu-war).

Story:
As stated, they were found on Titan, one of Saturns moons. Scientist brought them back and found out they had incredible power. The jewel embeded in their skull is the source of this power, and the color held jurisdiction over what power they had.

The Muar's body is always a shade of Black, Gray, or White. They always have spots that are from the basic color spectrum. The spots colors generally match the jewel, haircolor, and eyes, slight differences have been found. Their eyes never have a pupil, and the 'whites' of the eyes are normally unusual colors. The Muar all have generally unusual hair colors. (The stripes in this Muar's hair are artificial, courtesy of her owner.) The Muar have cat-like ears and tails. The ears can be small or large, but are always located on the side of their head. The female Muar have a split tail, making a V-shape at the end. The tips of the tail and Ears can be colored a similar color to the spots, but this is not always present in Muar. They have human hands, but have paws in the place of feet.

The Muar were immediately taken in, and a microchip was designed to supress their power by interrupting the signals that the brain recieved from the jewel. The jewel is planted in their body, attached to their spine at the base of their neck. With this chip, no Muar may use their power. The Muar's jewel color is ranked by level. Each color being a different level. A level 10 Muar is the most dangerous, and the level 1 muar is the least dangerous.

The Muar were then sold as pets, and were bred by humans. It is still being debated whether or not this is right, because they are so like humans. The Muar generally obey humans for fear of the scientists.

It is the year 2199, and 60% of the entire world now has a Muar. The goal for the year 2200 is to place a Muar in every home. The UMC (Universal Muar Corporation) is in charge of distribution of the species, and the placement of the micro chip. But recently there have been rumors of a rogue group of Muar who have removed their microchip, and are very dangerous. The group is interrupting trucks that are Muar transports, and are freeing them. There are small groups all over the world now releasing truckloads of Muar and hiding them away. The search is on for the UMC to gather these Muar and get them back to the company.

The World had no clue what goes on inside that evil corporation, and the Muar are setting out to fight back. But when they prove to be too little of a number to fight the human race, another relative species of the Muar ignites the ultimate war.
