A beach i walked down at midnight.Normally i hate posting straightfromthecamera shots, But i didn't want to ruin, or add to the feel with processing it. and plus, i never post them...so i might as well.
If you critique it with that being said...you

B: Need to improve your own art more, Cause it probably sucks.
or C: Should go find someone who cares about your opinion, then take them, and go jump off a very high bridge. (not really, Just needed to get that off my chest

angles and lighting make or break a shot, my personal favorite is right focus, with an indirect lighting source
so much fun to take pictures. (Ugh...although, photoshoots feel more like work, haha)

Now what's up with night pictures? Mine always turn out horrible.
There's this really awesome church 20 minutes from my house
and at night they have a light shining on it,it looked pretty neat when we drove by awhile ago. I haven't made it back up there (I act like it's a million miles away,lol.) but the ones I have taken with street lights and stuff suck.
And yeah I'll try fixing that. My computer really sucks...
I have absolutely nothing on it and it says the memory is low.

Night pictures are really hard and complicated, Those are things that you need the option to mess with your shutter speed. which normally comes on more expensive cameras.
where do you live? (city, state)
Street lights are always really complicated.
My only suggestions would be use something as a tripod, You've got to leave it with time to capture as much light as possible.
Alot of those (all of those..) night shots i've taken i've had exposures of 15 seconds or more (most 30).
However, One thing you can take with any camera. Sunspot shots, Like all those ones you see with the woods and stuff in my gallery, Taken with a 50$ 6 year old camera. all that matters in those is angels
For those i like to set my exposure as low as possible. (the +- thingy)
It gives it a little more feel and contrast.

yeah that's what I thought. Everything you see in photo magazines looks awesome,but costs a fortune to be able to do.

My camera does like 8 seconds...doesn't work too great. I drew a star with the moon though! Doesn't look too great but it was fun.
Umm yeah it says something like that. the little exclamation point went away. lol
so what am I suppose to do about that?

Although, if you really actually do want to get into it, You could find a D40 or 50 probably for under 400$ rrrrreeaaaallly good deal for those things.
Haha fun fun, I'm going somewheres in colorado over the summer (durango? does that sound right?) , so it should be fun to take all the pictures & stuff from there.
8 seconds will do lighted situations, Not so much moonlight shots. 8 seconds isn't much, But i'm sure you could pull off some cool stuff with it

Another way to make it kind of faster
go to start->
programs->
accesories->
system tools->
disk defragmenter
That should make it a tiny bit faster, or at least fix the drive issues.
hahaha stupid burnette is much better, trust me. (Minus the case of this one girl i know...Screw calling her blond anymore, She's got to be borderline retarded...lol)
