Ooh the Mew is my favorite.
I think they're all cute, but (in my opinion) there are too many of the bright-white-dot-highlights. I think they would be more effective if you limited them to about three per character, and used them on places that you really wanted to emphasize, like eyes or a big spike or something. There are quite a few on all of these, and some are in kind of arbitrary places.
