This makes me imagine that there is someone in Pripyat who goes around and realigns the trash cans, wondering why they get knocked down. Because after 25 years of wind and wild animals and no humans to pick them up you'd think they'd all be fallen over by now.
Now I want to make a character with OCD who obsessively fixes the trash cans.
