This is my entry for #WarriorCatsFanClub 's contest, What Would Their Kits Look Like?
It's of Dovepaw and Tigerheart and, well, what their kits would look like. XD
Poor Streamkit is trying to sleep, but Mudkit won't let him. x] Then you got Woodkit distracted by a ladybug.
Streamkit
Warrior Name: Streamfur
Gender: Tom
I came up with his design by combining Dovepaw's colors with Tigerheart's pelt. The name came from my love of water-like names for silver/gray tabbies. XD
Mudkit
Warrior Name: Mudfoot
Gender: She-cat
With her, I wanted her to resemble Dovepaw more, while still having a bit of Tigerheart in the coloring. Her name comes from her feet; it looks like she stepped in mud. :3
Woodkit
Warrior Name: Woodstripe
Gender: She-cat
Her design partially comes from what I imagined Ivypaw's design to be at first. I figured it'd fit just as well here, since it'd have her parents' coloring and pelt in her. The name Woodkit/Woodstripe comes from the brown coloring and pelt she has, as it resembles wood a bit. c:
EDIT:
I fixed Mudkit's left eye (raised it up a bit), and shaded the trees a bit more.
Done completely in MS Paint.

i think they mean because i too have seen this with different colors. Someone took your art and recolored it. As for that last bit about the ship sucks....*Hugs* dove is too pure for hubbeys

Eh, her not liking the ship doesn't bug me. Plus, judging by the way she spoke, I'm guessing she's either a troll or a kid, so I'm not getting involved on that one. xD I don't feed trolls, and kids tend to be too young to know how to properly speak to others.

it's all i could find at the moment. To be honest a few years, i too wanted to use the same picture as a base, but i decided not to. Even now i am happy to not do that.

Your welcome~!even though it is art theft which i hate..i do see why they did it. They loved your artwork and (Because without a watermark, MS Paint is easy to copy) they really loved the poses. because before when i was myself planning on using your picture as a base, all the other warrior couples + kits bases where terrible. they where either for programs i cannot use, they looked hiddious, or there was simply litterally 1 KIT. I think they just loved the picture of two cats nuzzling eachother with their kits playing nearby .3.
I would think the best two things to do is; Watermark your artwork so no one steals it again, or make an official base of this so they don't have to steal this one picture

Honestly, if someone had requested it be a base for the reasoning you gave, I probably would have made it one. Ask and you shall receive. xD But someone decided to make it a base without asking and I'm not sure I want to give in to art thieves by giving them what they wanted and making this a base myself.

I totally agree. Dovepaw completley overreacted to Tigerheart about catmint and Cinderheart, WHY MUST YOU THINK YOU AREN"T GOOD ENOUGH FOR HIM. I was so happy in NW but then it all died
