her ultimate, she can hold someone and throw them regardless of what team? what is there to keep trolls from throwing teammates to there death? i really like the idea but i also think that it wouldn't work out for the better giving malicious players that power :/

I forgot to include this, but it would most likely have a similar mechanic to Thresh's lantern. Don't wanna be grabbed? Just right-click on Babel!
Also, no matter what, a player would always be able to do more harm by walking head-first into the enemy team, feeding all day, and giving away your team's position. When malicious players will always have that power, the argument against mechanics that can be used maliciously becomes kinda moot!
I think Morello even said--there's not really a problem with mechanics like this, but rather, mechanics where you might actually do more harm than good to your allies even when you're trying to help (I think the example he gave was if Blitz's grab worked on allies, too).

my only problem is taking control of ones own character and giving it to another player like that.
you could make it a reverse to thresh's lantern, show the targeted throwing area and let the people chose if they want to be thrown.

I guess this is really only a problem that could be solved in practice, not theory--I'll keep this in mind though, although I might have to change the way the ult works a bit!
What you suggest might be a bit clunkier, but in terms of preventing trolling, it's a bit safer. The primary tradeoff here is how "snappy" the ability can be vs. how PUG-friendly it is!
