THE FAN-MADE STORY:

After sacrificing himself to ensure the survival of the others amidst the events of Blackwood Pines, it seemed like Mike had finally found peace. However, fate, or rather the dark forces, had other plans.
As the other survivors only remembered him in their thoughts, Quan Chi's sinister gaze fell upon Mike. The ancient sorcerer, who served as the lord of hell, saw something in this boy that others didn't. Life after death seemed just another opportunity for him.
Mike's body trembled as he transformed into one of the ranks of the undead army. Once a heroic and kind young man, he now became a Revenant, an undead being still somehow tethered to the earth, ready to fight for the cause of the dark lords.
While the others struggled to navigate the post-survival world, Mike received a new mission. Friendship and survival were no longer his goals; instead, destruction and vengeance became his purpose. Under Quan Chi's influence, Mike didn't recognize himself anymore, and even less did he recognize those he once loved.
As the massive army of Revenants prepared under the command of the dark lords, Mike found himself in a new chapter of the afterlife, a world where the line between human and dead blurred, and light faded against the dominion of darkness.

The mod was made by AlterL. In this mode, we have the opportunity to control Mike's character as alive, while in "test your luck" mode we can also control him as a revenant.
