Heh. Heh heh. I think I might have gone a bit overboard with the glitter, but at least the background looks halfway decent, which is pretty rare for me XDSo, this was a request from my friend, chocolate-vanilla111, who requested an Arcanine. She didn't care about background or anything, but I put one anyways XD Sure was a lot of fun to do!
This was done mostly by hand, but the background was done in Photoshop 7.0. Thank god for the tutorials I got in summer camp XD

I used Crayola pencil crayons, a pencil, eraser (Obviously...), Staedtler pigment liners, regular 8.5x11 paper, and Photoshop 7.0 to do this.
