PHEW! This took quite a long time. But I'mma really really proud of how it came out!This is my 1st entry for PearlEden and kankakanka's art contest. It's the element fire (duh XD) and it's a wolf dragon thingy. I seriously don't know exactly what it is O_o;
Time to ramble on about mistakes! 8D Well first things first, the head's too small. And the back legs are iffy. Plus the scanner didn't do the picture much justice either. More than other pictures though, I guess, but it added all these teensy black dots! >(
HOLY COW This thing is 3 megs! BIG FILE
Anyways, I used the regular to draw this. Lead pencil, eraser, Rose Art and Crayola colouring pencils, Staedtler pigment liners, regular 8.5x11 paper.

Actually, my hand only gets tired after doing lineart XD It doesn't get tired when I colour

mine kills and gets covered in pencil along the side where i brush it along the page

Haha, same here XD Except for some reason the colour pencil makes the side of my hand seem kinda shineh O_o; XD

yeah i know what you mean and when im shading... sheesh dont even go there my hands are like silver grey black and i look at me work and the actual picture looks great but all the white around it is like well errr not white

Lolz! For me the white around it looks white, but when I scan it it comes out grey >.> I hate my scanner.

my scanners supposed to be really god (compared to the old one it is) but even ours is rubbish....
