Oh~. So this is a fan chara/OC I've had for quite awhile now -cough5monthscough- And I've done zero drawings or anything for her.So mah friend, asked if I was ever gonna draw her, and since I was in the drawing mood...I did~.
Also, this is like...Formal/World Conference!N. Korea, which is why she looks not scary. -coughactuallythat'sjustmyinabilitytodrawscarythingsdammitcough-
I kinda messed up anatomy, so I only made it a headshot. Erm, so some headcannon facts about her!
She's South Korea's younger-kinda-twin sister. She usually is seen with China, and depends on him for food/money/support and stuff like that, but seems to really not like him much. She also regularly tries (and fails) to attack America. 8D
So, this was just a sketchy headshot made in SAI, and I didn't really add shading/highliting so..hope you like it. 8D;
