This is a small gift for my dear friend Amber :iconaqua-steel12234: and my muse.
I have been wanting to do a Black Mask and Rook image for a long time, and I asked Amber if she had any idea she wanted me to draw for her. She came up with an idea of Black Mask and Rook facing the observer, in some sort of parlay scene. (Kind of), But Black Mask never agreed on it.
This was inked and sketched last day and today, Sketched in the middle of the night then finished later today.
Oh god knows how much I have been inking stuff lately, lol xD
