I don't know if its obvious, but this background was a favorite. It looks pretty cool for Medusa I think- since the vines slither up the wall. BTW, That moss was squishy and gross beneath my feet. The only downside to shoe-less costumes.Photo by

You mentioned in As Tough as Nails that you had used fake nails for your fingers, but did you do the same for your toes?

I did! Strangely enough they make fake toenails, which I cant imagine wearing for a normal occasion, but in this case, it worked perfectly!

Odd, but also pretty interesting... At least they worked out for you. I can imagine how long it would have taken to get the arrows to look the way they are supposed to with so little space to work with normally.

Yea, it was definately a worry of mine. One thing I learned though is that if you paint on fingernails with acrylic paint and then cover it in clear polish, it works the same, So I painted them black, used acrylic paint and a regular paint brush for the arrows and then covered it in clear polish!
