Description Ok, this is the 'top secret' Nox and another OC project I've been working on. I had so much fun doing the last one that I decided to do another, this time with somebody else's original Titan. I've been wanting to draw Firanna for a long time now, so I decided to draw her with Nox. I'm thinking they're around 18 here. This one's a bit more serious than the last one. The last one, Serina and Nox had 'this is gonna be fun' expressions. In this one, the girls look like they're up against a tough opponent...damn, I wish I had a story for this...almost makes me want to write a comic or something
To :I hope this is ok with you . If you want, I can take it down, because I know I didn't ask if I could draw Firanna. I hope I got most things right, I know there are a few mistakes, I just hope there's nothing TOO bad...

As soon as I saw the thumbnail I wanted to see this one straight away. But I held off. Kinda like having some entree before a main meal.

Anyway...this is great. The poses are fantastic. The perspective on Firanna's right hand is awesome. What I love most though is that you took someone else's character and made it look like it came from you.

Thanks so much! I had a lot of fun doing this one, and I liked the way it came out. Especially that hand, like I said before I usually have some perspective trouble, but that one came out alright. I always love seeing different people's takes on the same characters, I'm glad I managed to put my own 'spin' on this one!

You always give Nox such awesome/hot poses, love it! Your coloring is soooo good! What do you use? just color pencils er wha?

Hehe, thanks It can be pretty painful coming up with poses sometimes, b/c I have to look in the mirror a lot, and believe me, that position is even less comfortable than it looks
For coloring I use mostly prismacolor pencils, but any brand should be okay. Then I use a white pencil crayon to blend. Oh, and I always use a different pencil to shade with. Like, for something blue, I use a dark purple to shade in the really dark spots. For green, I use blue. I think it just gives it a little extra dimension...something I learned from art this year

Ooooooo . I usually use the same color stuff for shading . Hadn't even thought of that. Oh and I use them prismacolor too, I just don't have a whole lot... well I do actually but they're not the kind I need . It does give some great dimension as I've seen from yur stuff

Yeah, prismacolor's nice because it erases a lot easier, and it's softer, I find. But I'm not about to blow the bank to buy every freaking color they have, so I usually end up using a few crayola's as well It's all the same in the end

Thanks. I really liked Nox's pose, but it was a bitch to draw...let's just say that it's even more uncomfortable than it looks to do that .

i even do it at school sometimes, which wierds people out a little we'll be talking at lunch and all the sudden i do some sort of wierd contortion, trying to see the back of my hand from a differnt angle or feel if a certain limb really *can* bend that way...

also, apparently when i'm sketching expressions i take on the emotion of my doodle people sometimes ask why i'm making stupid faces... and i don't even realize i'm doing it! ><;

Hehe, I do that sort of thing when I'm writing sometimes I'll start saying the conversation I'm writing, and people think I'm talking to myself

hah, nice i sorta do the opposite; when i'm writing and talking at the same time, i always end up writing down what i'm saying instead of what i meant to write...
