Description I'll prolly use this pic for the fair. This one OR Ace of Spades [link] Which one should I use?

Well............ the Ace of Spades was REALLY popular. ... it got at least 15 more comments than I was used to. And prolly the regular ammount of comments is more than I should be used to anyway. But that's what I'm afraid of, with doing a companion piece. What if people don't like it as much? *sigh* oh well. If this one is liked as well, I might do Ace of Diamonds.

So since I didn't say much on Ace of Spades 'cause I thought no one would look at it...I'll talk more here. These are actually from a epic insidemyhead story going on over the past few weeks that evolves a lot of politics and undercover agents with english accents. It takes place in the early 1900's. This is Kuwryii, the least powerful of the aces, secretly working for the Suite of Spades. He can dissapear under that tattered cloak.

It's funny, but there was something I had back when I was younger that I kind of no longer have ... And then I have a lot of things now that I never had then. Maybe art has become an intellectual process now where as before it was highly emotional and desire driven. I do still like a lot of my old work, to the point that I'd like to redraw some of it. XD

The other major difference is sense of humor. >_> I used to be so doofy, and ... not anymore. Still funny, very differently. Like, I was watching iCarly with my nephew, remembering when it would have been hilarious to me to burn down a bedroom due to a gummy bear lamp. O_o

Thank you for enjoying me old work. I leave it up in the hopes that people who are really interested in where TG came from can find some curiosity or inspiration.

Lovely ;o) I really like the wings and his skirt, it's some cool effects. But the best is without doubt the 'doubble' feeling - the way that he is really outside the card, but his world goes into it...

I've looked at most of your work, and I'd have to say that this one seems to capture your amazing style the best. It is nicely balanced and incredibly detailed. Keep up the good work (well obviously you are since you've posted many works since this one ).

Well it looks like you spent more time on this Ace of Clubs than you did on the Ace of Spades, but the result looks awesome. I love the feathery look to his hair, and the detail in the wings and the CLOAK...it just looks superb. xD

I loved the Ace of Spades and this one is even better!

Ironically, I have an "epic" to use your word lightly that has to do with all the cards in a deck. Other than the English accents, that's all it has in common, really. But this set has been inspiring me to actually develope my little story.

I would simply LOVE to see an Ace of Diamonds, or any other card you were willing to do.

The detail in this is so much that I swear I see something new everytime I look at it. Simply awesome work!

Hey thanks. I'm really glad my cards inspired you to work on your story more..... heh. My little 'epic' thing was really more of an extended roll play inside my head... it went on for a few days.. and then that was that. Wow.... this is actually one of the most encouraging comments i've gotten in a while... as soon as I'm done with this comic thing I have going, I WILL post another card. At least one more... since I'm completely in love with the Jack o' Clubs. And then I have a sketchy for Ace of Diamonds and awesome ideas for Ace of Hearts, 10 of Spades, and Queen of Clubs. *dies* .... too bad school is starting soon. ok i'm gonna go see yer galla now.
