Sorry, I don't check my comments here often.
A bunch of you have commented about my pose. For starters, I never claim to be some sort of expert. I took karate for a couple year in my teens and kickboxing for a couple years in my twenties. I know it's not the best karate stance, however I was going for a flattering pose as opposed to a good stance. That's why (I said karate like pose) You may have noticed, this picture is listed under portraits and photography not stock or resource images.
I'm on this site as a model and an artist.
Sadly, many karate and martial arts poses are not great for a glamour/ pinup shoot (there is more too it but the model is supposed to look traditionally sexy). So the poses are altered a bit to be more flattering for a photograph. Please don't get me wrong, karate women are totally sexy, just not the kind of sexy we wanted for this shoot.
Hopefully that explains the posing. If i ever actually do a karate or fighting themed shoot I will make sure to post pictures.

you must fail at karate the posing is terrible I do karate myself and what I see is freaking bad in this photo.
First your standing must be a lot deeper then this.
Second your hand should reach your chest I could name a lot more bad details of this "karate posing" but I'm not that good in english to explain everything
so far it looks like you just looked at some vids on youtube and decided that you can do karate :/
I love this sport to much to let people make fun of it :/

Oh wow, you seem really upset over one picture on the internet. I'm not sure why you think I'm making fun of karate. I'm not even claiming to be an expert. I took karate for a couple years in my teens and kickboxing in my early twenties. I'm on here as a model and the proper stances were not photographing well (my face was covered, my legs were not flattering, ect.) I said these were karate like poses, not karate poses.
Would be more clear if I had said karate inspired poses?
Either way, to just claim that I "fail at karate" and "must have just looked at vids on youtube" is unnecessarily mean spirited and a bit disrespectful. I don't know what your Sensei teaches but my Sensei always taught me to be respectful to other people, and not to judge someone without knowing them.

Did your sensei tought you to pose "karate like poses" with underwear? I think not. Karate is my life already half of my life and seeing girls pretending to do "karate poses" and pretending it suposs to look good like you do, gives true karate a bad name... I'm not being disrespectful or anything, I'm just speaking my mind how this photo of posing and title looks from a side.

Whatever, you say dear. If your so devoted to karate why don't you spend more time focusing on your form and less time online being a cyber bully.
As a side note, I really doubt my sensei cares. He never really got upset over little things.

it just a comment on how it looks from a side and from the point of view from a person who really understands these kind of things

I'm just pointing out your words are pretty harsh. Other people commented on the pose without being mean spirited.
Saying something like "your form could use improvement" is constructive criticism.
Saying things like "you fail at karate" or "it looks like you just looked at some vids on youtube and decided that you can do karate" is just being mean.
