after seperating from the Elves in Lunaram, dwarfs took up residence with dragons and dragon kin in MonteSol and started their own nation their through formed treatys and alliances. the Dragonkin allow the dwarven king and people mine the Lethe (the river that runs through the Ley lines) in return the Royal family is in contract with the Dragon Leader to give up most Gems and Gold to their line. the City is the Richest of all the countries as well as the only one that has towns spanning outside into the wilderness.
